Hundreds of British service personnel took part in a silent parade to mark Remembrance Sunday at Lashkar Gah. Personnel from all parts of the Army, the Navy and the Royal Air Force fell silent to mark 11am at the British base at Lashkar Gah, Helmand province. The military listened to a service of Remembrance from padre Father Ian Stevenson before officers saluted during the Last Post. The camp marked the traditional two-minute silence at 11am, before a bugler sounded the reveille and a piper played the lament.
