Tryouts for the Senior Babe Ruth will be held this weekend at King Field in Moakley Park.
Times are 5PM on Sunday May 19 and Monday May 20. We have several openings for new
players and we encourage all to tryout.
To be eligible you must be a resident of South Boston and parts of Dorchester that border
Southie. You must be 19 or younger this calendar year. The Southie team is a travel team that plays in the South Shore Senior Babe Ruth League. New head coach Jim Williams with the help
of Billy Connor will run the tryouts. The team would like some help from anyone interested, be it a parent or someone who has coached in the past. The season starts on June 10th and runs for about 6 weeks and then playoffs. See you at the field.
